Helping Hands With a Purpose is a New Hampshire-based non-profit organization founded by Hector and Ana Mendoza. Our mission is to bring comfort, safety, and dignity to families in our community by funding critical home renovations, repairs, and new construction projects for those who cannot afford them. Whether it’s building a wheelchair-accessible ramp, repairing a leaky roof, or creating a safe living space for children, we believe every family deserves a home they can be proud of. Together, we are building hope one home at a time.
Grateful to God for the life we live, we founded Helping Hands With a Purpose as a way to give back, both to our community and to the world.
Through our family-run construction business, we've met many individuals and families who desperately need home repairs or improvements but simply can't afford them. These are hardworking people, elders, and struggling parents who are trying to make ends meet while living in unsafe or uncomfortable conditions.
We believe everyone deserves a safe, beautiful place to call home.
With the help of generous donors and volunteers, and by applying our construction skills and resources, we’re committed to improving the homes and the lives of under-served families in New Hampshire and beyond.
Together, we’re not just building houses we're building hope.
Every contribution helps fund our work and change lives.
With your support, we’re able to repair and restore homes for families who otherwise couldn’t afford it. Your generosity provides more than just materials, it brings hope, dignity, and a sense of home.
